Memphis teens have been leading Tennessee’s surge of recent COVID-19 vaccinations, The Commercial Appeal reported. The 15-19 age group in the Memphis region showed the greatest growth of any age group across the state’s eight regions from late July through last week, according to a new study by researchers at the Department of Health Policy at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Vanderbilt School of Medicine. Vaccinations among residents aged 12-14 years also grew, according to the study.
